This Site describes Concrete Driveway Installation, Foundation Repair, Masonry Services, Basketball Court Construction, Tennis Court Construction, Pickleball Court Construction, Outdoor Court Construction, Recreational Court Installation provided by Beecroft Concrete Inc.. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://beecroftconcreteinc.com is the property of Beecroft Concrete Inc. or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
As-Is Basis. https://beecroftconcreteinc.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Beecroft Concrete Inc. makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Beecroft Concrete Inc.'s total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Beecroft Concrete Inc. against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of AZ, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in AZ.
Modifications. Beecroft Concrete Inc. may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
